This site is intended to provide educators and workforce development professionals in Minnesota with resources and information that can strengthen your ability to help learners in the state move more effectively across various education and training programs and toward success in the labor market.

The site contains three types of information on each of three arenas – adult basic education (ABE), higher education, and workforce development services:

1. Basic information including overviews about services, funding, and governance structures. 
2. Examples/models that can help you facilitate transitions between these arenas for workers and learners.
3. Links to directories so that when you're ready to reach out to others in your geographic area, you'll know who to find and where to find them.

We expect this site to be useful to professionals new to one or more of these arenas as well as experienced practitioners looking for ideas and information. It may also be of use to employers, economic developers, industry representatives, and other stakeholders interested in building the workforce and developing skills in a particular industry or region.
